When using the WSDL From DB Wizard Step 3 does not show the default selected datasource tables and the is not refresh
button see the attached file. The tables from the default data source also do not get displayed when it is selected from
the list. To work around this you need to select another data source, download its tables, and reselect the default one.
This is ok if their is a second data source but not if their is only one. Rather than forcing a query for the default
data source can we have a refresh button please.
