Unable to access the connectivityinfo.xml editor's toolbar with keyboard. 

Steps to reproduce:-
------------------
1> open the connectivityinfo.xml file.
2> find selection, previous bookmark etc. symbols are available on the editor's toolbar which are not accessible with 
keyboard.

Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200707221200) 
Java: 1.6.0; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.6.0-b105 
System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1252; en_US (nb)

Could you please evaluate this issue. If it is no more relevant then close it
otherwise please try to fix it.

SOA is no longer available in the NetBeans IDE so we are not going to fix this problem. Closing accordingly.
