[Basic options] button in Advanced options dialog is not accessible with tab traversal.

There are other unaccessible parts of advanced options dialog, when using tab traversal:
- properties panel (right part of dialog)
- help button

Not filing as separate issues, because whole advanced options dialog should be removed soon.
