Fixed by removing deprecated project properties and added iep secific string for iep project properties general page

Verified on Windows Vista with NB 6.1 + Patch 3 and IEP *.nbms installed from ojc build 080909.

For example, in the IEP Project properties, service unit is used instead of assembly unit.
