JDK1.5.0_11

With jdk1.5.0_11 can get focus and a correct a11y tool report on the page stylesheet dialog.
Click on the blank background of a web page and pring up the ... for Style Sheet property.

It reports:

Set accessible name on tabbed pane in StandradUrlPanel.
