build 0706, fontsize 16

1. Create BPEL Module
2. Add Xml Schema
3. Open Design View
4. Open Palette

There are items with fontsize 11. 
Chinese fonts are not of as good quality with default ide font size.
They are too small to be viewed ok. The localized chinese release makes global size to be 14.

This is strange. I can see that font size is changing and works very well in English locale. I'm not see any problem in
the code.

Can you specify what OS was this seen on and is it still seen with current builds and is it seen on
windows and solaris and mac or just one?

If you can verify that this is fine in current builds go ahead and close it.

it is reproducible: build 0825 on Mac OS X.
My WinXP looks ok.

Sounds like this is only on Mac. If so, could be related to Mac JDK and I'm afraid we will not be able to fix it.

Solaris 10 with 0920 build looks ok.
I think it is Mac only problem

To me, it sounds like yet another issue with Mac JDK.

Downgrading to P4 according to iteam decision.

This is not XML Palette specific problem. Same happens with any other palette. Changing bug category and rising priority
back to P3. May be it should be even P2.
