Seen on 

1. Open a valid WSDL file. 
2. Choose a message, then choose Delete in the context menu.
3. In the Safe Delete dialog, click the Refactor button.

=> The dialog isn't wide enough to show all of the Previous button, which looks bad. Screenshot attached.

Workaround is to expand the width of the dialog.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
