Description Michael Nazarov 2007-06-29 13:44:56 UTC
Create new element (Attribute, Element, Simple or Complex type) in XML schema.
Delete from source code. Undo button on toolbar became active - use it to undo.
Redo button became active.
Go to schema view, right click and choose Delete.

Redo button became disabled immediately and stay so even you will press not Refactor but Cancel button.

Not very clear on what the bug is..The toolbar undo/redo is not linked with Refactoring. If you think thats a bug,
please file a bug against core ide refactoring.

secondly, unless you refactor something, the Refactor undo/redo wont get activated.

Please let me know what is the issue here.

This issue was actual some time ago. Possibly no longer exists.

Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200707120000)
Issue still exists.
Redo button became disabled immediately after invoking Refactor Delete. I don't know why and how standard Redo button
linked with Refactor Delete dialog but this is fact. Feel free to change category if you think this is not XML feature.

I see this behavior in core java refactoring too. As fas as I know the Edit -> redo button is not linked with
Refactoring. So not sure how it gets deactivated. Assigning to Jan Becicka so that he can evaluate.
