Description miletbaker 2007-06-27 21:01:27 UTC
Making changes or adding new code templates in Preferences -> Editor -> Code Templates are not saved unless the
description tab is also changed. Seems intermittent.
Comment 1 miletbaker 2007-06-27 21:11:04 UTC
Using: NetBeans Ruby IDE 070627

Also not as I thought regarding making edits to description to save code templates. Just an intermittent fault in that
new and edited code templates are generally not saved with the odd one being saved.

Somebody also mentioned this as a blog comment. Reassigning to editor category where this code lives.

More info from George Cook via email:

Ok. I tried that. thanks.. also, note that the indentations (as in tab indent) wont work at all.. minor gripe, for
otherwise wonderful functionality ;-)
it's better than text mate.. that is praise indeed :-D

I tried creating/saving templates for java/ruby in a dev build and they seemed to work fine. Could you please try again
with Netbeans 6.1 Beta? Thanks
