When I want to reinstall NB or some or as it is common in our company we want to pass a list of useful plugins to other
employees it is quite combersome to install every single plugin by hand.

Therefore it would be good to have some 'Export pluginlist feature'.I guess the only things that should be contained in
this list are pair of pluginid's (or names) and the reference to Update Center where it can found.

The algorithm is probably quite simple now:
Feed the plugin manager with the update center urls and the list of plugins and let it work out the dependencies. The
plugin manager should then download and install all those plugins that remain in the list.

This would make installation of plugins in a cooperation and also for snapshots sooooooooo much easier and I think its
not that hard to do too
