The implementation version of print modules is 070404, whereas
another modules have version 200706180000.

When SOA plugin is installed: 
1) Exceptions on
   - attempt of creation of a new BPEL process leads to exception;
   - after opening of the sample BPEL document from Synchronous Sample project.
2) There are errors
   - on creating of a new XSLT Module IDE throws error;
   - on creation of a new XML schema in an XSLT Module;
   - on creation of Purchase Order sample schema;
   - on creation of a new WSDL document.
3) BPEL Editor doesn't switch to Design View.
