Please use in C/C++ Go To Declaration dialog syntax highlighting used in Editor.

First, I disagree. We do not use such highlighting in other UI components that show lists/trees of the same elements -
neither view nor navigator shows such highlighting. I don't see any reason of implementing such highlighting in the
case of "Go to Type" and "Go to Function/Variable" dialogs (which replaced initial "C/C++ Go To Declaration" functionality).

Next, "Go to Type" is now standard NB dialog, CND just adds an information provider. As to "Go to Function or Variable"
it's done in the same manner as "Go to Type", so changing highlighting will make it inconsistent with NetBeans
