There's a few options how to do the rollover feedback in editor gutter:

- change the icon appearance
- show a border around icon as in the main toolbar (on Win XP)
- change mouse cursor to "hand"

I'm not sure which is better. Probably any solution for 6.0 is better than the current state.

I would prefer using the 'hand' cursor. It's self-explanatory and should be reasonably easy to do.
