'delete combined fragment messages' is not updated with user's selection in delete dialog.

if user has set 'delete combined fragment messages' to ask, delete dialog for combined fragment will suggest to remember
user's selection.
It should be stored into 'delete combined fragment messages' option.
but it is not.

steps:
- check that 'delete combined fragment messages' option is set to 'ask'.
- create sequence diagram
- add two lifelines
- draw message between them
- add combined fragment that will cover message.
- select combined fragment and delete it
'delete' dialog has 'Don't ask me again' checkbox to remember user's selection for deleting message.
- select 'Don't ask me again' checkbox.

'delete combined fragment messages' option is still 'ask'.

this issue can't be verified at this time. blocked by missing option in delete dialog for deleting combined fragment.
