previously 'automatically create clasifiers' was in 'SQD' part or options.
now it is in general dialogs tab.
And it is expected from it's namer that it will work for collab. and sequence diagrams.

changing priority to be inline with NB bug Priority Guideline.

The functionality work as designed, the label on the preference is not clear and should be changed.

collaboration diagram isn't implemented in 6.5
