Some of the items in generate code are only visible if they are applicable. All items should be always visible and disabled if not applicable.

Is this issue still valid? Do we really want to have more than half of items always disabled?

Lets close this issue for now. The motivation at that time was probably the fact there was a fixed number of items in the list, so the right solution was to 
disable inactive items. Now as we've moved many more items into the list, it's probably okay to remove those not applicable.

Closing as invalid.
