Reproduced in build070613.

Steps to reproduce:

- create XSLT project;
- add 2 schemas and WSDL;
- invoke New File Wizard and choose XSLT Service;
- pass all steps.
Unable to finish wizard. Button Finish doesn't work.

I suppose this is a critical issue for XSLT module so I'm escalating the issue to P1.
