Palette should use target platform of the project as classpath for available components. Now, when I define palette 
(using layer.xm) with a component which is part of a target platform, from editor don't recognise the component with 
ClassNotFound exc. It should be possible for J2ME project to use components which are part of target platform.

I guess this is obsolete now.
