Description Lark Fitzgerald 2007-06-14 16:49:57 UTC
NB6: 200706130000
Woodstock 4.1 200706122308

Help > Javadoc References > Project Woodstock 4.1 Tag Lib pulls up url:
http://127.0.0.1:8082/resource/jar%3Afile%3A/C%3A/Program%2520Files/NetBeans%25206.0%2520200706130000/visualweb1/docs/webui-jsf-tld.zip%21/overview-summary.html

This shows a proxy error.
The proxy was unable to fulfill your request because the computer at 127.0.0.1:8082 refused the proxy's connection(s).

As a side check, I disabled my firewall to make sure there was no conflicts and it still fails.

This bug belongs to Gowri, who implemented this feature. I think the category should be components. I've emailed Gowri
and Lark, but apparently I can't change the assignment.

I'd like to fix this before M10 goes out. bumping up to P1
Comment 3 Matthew Bohm 2007-06-19 01:53:15 UTC
I do not have any such proxy problem. I just obtained and built a new source tree. Under Tools > Options > Proxy the
setting is on "Use System Proxy Settings." On my system (XP) the url it pulled up was
jar:file:///C:/dev/orave/src/trunk/src/nbbuild/netbeans/visualweb1/docs/webui-jsf-tld.zip!/overview-summary.html.

Changing target to 6.0M10 to denote that I've evaluated this issue.
Comment 5 Lark Fitzgerald 2007-06-22 20:47:51 UTC
There is something wrong on my end. loopback address is not recognized. If I change it from 127.0.0.1 to localhost,
it works.
