New Facelet files currently default to the project root and therefore do no even appear in the Project explorer. They
should default to the Web Pages folder like other Web File Types.

+1, I also just hit this.

This is also bad because when I create a new file after accepting all defaults, it will be created in a location that is
not visible in the Projects view - only in the Files view. So the user may be wondering why they don't see the file they
just created.

BTW, please file nb-facelets issues by 'Issue tracker' under https://nbfaceletssupport.dev.java.net.
