Library manager contain smart search for fast find any library (Btw: I 
personally prefer filtering), but "Add library" dialog (the same list of 
libraries) doesn't.

I havy many libraries and when I add some to project a must slowly look through 
all of them. Why this dialog is't the same as in Library manager?
