Description billshannon 2007-06-02 01:40:04 UTC
The menu highlighting (dark blue) obscures the text (black) in the right side
of the menu item that contains the keyboard accelerator. Unlike the text that
names the menu item, which turns white when you select it, the text on the
right fades out. So if I want to know what the keyboard accelerator is for
the menu item I'm selecting, I have to select something else first.

what JDK, L&F, NB version ?
Comment 2 billshannon 2007-06-05 17:47:36 UTC
datsun$ java -version
java version "1.6.0_01"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_01-b06)
Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (build 1.6.0_01-b06, mixed mode)

NB6 M9

Solaris/SPARC

How do I tell what L&F it's using? Does it depend on my Gnome settings?
I do have customized Gnome settings, could that be causing the problem?

Closing as WORKSFORME, please reopen if the issue still occurs with your current NetBeans & JDK & GNOME settings. Thanks.
