1. Open NewFile wizard
2. Select XML category
3. Choose External WSDL Document(s)
4. Press Next
5. Press Browse

Choose a Target Folder dlg appears.
Its title came not from the pseudo localized bundle file. I'm running in the
Japan locale, using a pseudo localized Netbeans.

I see that the string has been put into the bundle. Can you verify the pseudo
localized file?

verified: build 0525, Japan locale, fontsize 16
