Somewhat similar to issue #103963. There is apparently no deadlock, but the
document's write lock can't be acquired. It looks like the document was locked
by some other code, but not unlocked. Is this state reproducible, at least with
some reasonable probability? What files have you got opened (usually) when this
happens? Does it happen for one particular file or file type?

This is caused by issue #104190 very likely which was fixed in trunk on May 23rd
(not sure how old your problematic build was). If the problem would persist with
the current builds please reopen this issue. Thanks.
