Step to reproduce:
- Install M8
- Install build 200705250000
- Run M8 installer exception throws (see attached screen shot) 
After these steps build 200705250000 uninstaller throws exception too (see second screen shot)

This is unfortunately a WONTFIX. We currently support only one cohabitation scenario: 
- install "something older", then "something newer"
- after this both should be able to be uninstalled

Installing "something older" again, or running its installer (sic!) might break things.
