Build: NB6.0 nightly build 200705230000

Many bpel processes that work on NB6.0 M9 build now get validation error. 
For example all SOA BluePrint samples.
Some of them can be deployed (BluePrint 1~4), but some of them fail to be
deployed (BluePrint5).

I realized that it may be caused by a bug fix, see issue 96091.

There isn't any instruction on how to fix this correlation error.
