When attempting to Run a project, there IDE apparently hangs.  There is a 
status bar at the bottom right of the IDE window which says "Scanning Project 
Classpaths" and which remains at 33% complete.  The project does not run.  
There is red indicator (with white horizontal bar) which when double clicked 
displays an error dialogue requesting the user to report the error.  A similar 
error has been reported for the Mac OS, Issue ID 97174.

Can't attach log file (it is 214kb), the system returns Error 500 or page 
cannot be displayed.

I guess there was some problem with IssueZilla at that time. Nevertheless this
really seems like a duplicate of #97174. I've just updated that issue, so please
instructions there and follow them. Thank you.
