In case that application server is missing, the node which represent ee server
has label "missing java ee server", I think that after clicking right on that
node should be possible to add such server, I mean that should be introduce
action that make possible to do this.

I guess you are referring to a node in some project. Which project type is that?
Could you please reassign the issue to the appropriate project component?

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
