"The diagram is being modified based on the changes in the model" apears in ide
output after opening of diagram not in sync with model
the output should be removed at all, or at least be dependent on uml logging
options (which are No by default).

Restoring original priority and using the standard NB waiver process.

Diagram area bugs waived for 6.0 will also be waived for 6.1.

now consider to log it ok, be dependent on logging option is really small issue.
