1. Use the following tutorial http://www.netbeans.org/kb/55/amsecurity.html to
create StockQuoteService from Samples.
2. Open Project tab
3. Expand Configuration Files
4. Open properies view for sun-application.xml

Look at the description for this file.
I'm running in the Japan locale, using a pseudo localized Netbeans.
The message does not come from the pseudo localized jar file.

the message is in  a bundle file of this module org-netbeans-modules-j2ee-sun-ddui
the key/value is: Templates/SunResources/sunDD=Sun Deployment Descriptor
