Description jakemono 2007-05-11 14:57:41 UTC
I see that a great deal of work in supporting persistence (Hibernate/TopKick)
has already been put into the NetBeans IDE. It would be helpful if the
persistence support could be extended all the way through the visual idiom so I
could, say, set up a persistence mapping, associate it with a dataprovider and
drop it onto a visual component.

Even though, there is no out of the box support for persistence, there is a
reasonable support for visual binding in NB 6.0. See my blogs
