Profiler 070509

Live Results window is intended to show the latest available profiling results.
However, due to some reasons (see Issue 99313, Issue 96018, turning Auto Update
off, etc.) these results could be not the latest ones. It would be nice if Live
Results window gave a hint to user about the data freshness. It could be, for
example, time elapsed since last live results update.
