Sun Java System Application Server 9.1 (build b41d-beta2)

Steps to reproduce:
- Deploy OrderSystem sample app
(http://www.netbeans.org/nonav/issues/showattachment.cgi/37566/order_system.zip)
to GlassFish server
- Start the server in Profile mode
- Press Profile Main Project button
- Confirm Modify Script dialog
- RESULT: Deadlock

This seems to be fixed together with the issue #103421
If you encounter the same problem again, plz, attach also the server side thread
dumps.
