The java code (I mean code declared beetwen <% %>) is not mirrored in navigator.

Currently we just show the html content of the JSP file in the navigator. There
are some obstacles in the infrastructure which makes this hard to implement now.
See issue #99526 for more info.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
