Unfortunately I can`t reproduce it.
Could you please provide a link to that build (the exact link installer 
executable)?

Raising priority to P1 and reassigning to the nbi engine.

Actually there is an issue is StringUtils#readStream.
After the each reading of the buffer (sized by 1024 bytes) the extra line 
separator is added. I wonder why the issue has been raised only now.. I am 
almost sure that that part of code was written very long time ago....

The overall nbi soruce code should be overviewed as similar code (string 
splitting by pattern and then concatinating by some other string) is used in 
many parts of the engine.

There are at least two other possible incorrect methods with similar usage:
SystemUtils#executeCommand (extra space is added at the end) and 
FileUtils#writeFileList (extra line separator is written at the end).

Should be fixed in the next nightly build, please verify.
