There is only one model report type - HTML.  HTML is a valuable format. However,
for design reviews and such, it would be beneficial to make a model report in a
different format in order to provide a document to use in the review, for
instance rich text format or PDF format.

Steps to reproduce:
(1) Create a UML Project and create some diagrams.
(2) Right click on the UML Project in the project window and select 'Generate
Model Report'.  
(3) An HTML report is generated.
