These 2 files: OperationUninstall.java and OperationUnInstall.java exist in
autoupdate/services/src/org/netbeans/modules/autoupdate/services/Attic.

BTW, do you know of a workaround for folks who don't have CVS admin privileges?

Get CVS client from http://ftp.gnu.org/non-gnu/cvs/binary/stable/x86-woe/

Download any version from range 1.11.17 - 1.11.22

We recently moved out from Collabnet's infrastructure
