Drop an AjaxTransaction and click the designer's Show Virtual Forms button. Do a
"Clean and Build Project". Drop another AjaxTransaction and click the designer's
Refresh button. All AjaxTransactions disappear from the designer (Note: but not
from the outline).

I've fixed this by moving to an approach that uses ComponentGroupDesignInfo
rather than DesignContext.setContextData.
