It's UMBRELLA issue contains reported problems or defects in UI spec. of Plugin
Manager. It's should be base to next round of UI review before NB6 FF.

Please put the following issues under the umbrella:

issue #104416
issue #103299
issue #99993  (everyone wants this, I've seen a couple of dups, including issue
#98870, you can make it modal just during the install phase)
issue #102654 (not sure, how up-to-date it is, but it certainly contains good ideas)
