Profiler 070420

There are cases when it would be useful to have an ability to change profiled
project on modify profiling. For example, when some compound application is
being profiled on Application Server. It would be nice to give user an ability
to change profiling project without re-start of profiler. Currently Profiled
Project option is disabled for Modify Profiling.

Not applicable for the new profiler.
