Build 070420

When using mouse wheel in Diagram Pane of Query Editor: table headers zoomed in and moved
to lower right part of the pane outside visible view, or zoomed out and moved to upper left part of
the pane. Picture attached. What the sense of zooming title only, without rest of the table?

Disable zooming for now.
