Build: NB 6.0 daily build 070418 (full installation)

To use a SMTP mail server that needs authentication information, user need to
enter their user name and password into the "smtp:address Properties" dialog. 

Right now, there is no protection for password field (see attachment
pw-is-displated.png). Password should be hided.

This bug is a demo stopper.

This also occurs for JDBC BC, HTTP BC and MQ BC.

SMTP BC is not part of NB 6.1 -> waived.
