Quoted for Issue 40579: An module can declare in own manifest it requires specific OS and module system won't install it. Now the AutoUpdate client reads this information from NBM/Info.xml and doesn't show it if this requirement isn't satisfied. This case an user won't see it in AU wizard and cannot download/try install it. This functionality is not supported in Plugin Manager.
