Steps to reproduce:
- Click 'Tools > Options' from the main menu
- Press UML
- Go to the Template Properties panel
- For the Model Element field, choose 'Enumeration'
  The stereotype, description and template files were not refreshed

Expectation of behavior is not correct. The Model Element field (now called Element Type) is a single value field that
applies to the Domain Template that is selected in the tree on the left. It does not dictate the values in the fields
below it as those are also just additional properties of the domain template selected in the tree on the left.
