Netbeans installers never worked in Turkish Locale prior to 6.0 . Now I am
trying Netbeans 6.0 nightly builds, I thought it uses the new installer but
still not working in turkish locale. if it doesn't use the new installer then
this is the same old, unfortunate, expected behaviour.

NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200704151800)
1.5.0_10; Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM 1.5.0_10-b03
Linux version 2.6.18.8-82 running on i386
tr_TR (nb); UTF-8

Ah it says "InstallShiled".. It seems nightlies still uses old installer.

can you try the new installer that we'll most likely use for milestone 9? You
can find the experimental nightly builds @
