Since we are moving the a template based code generation, we need to add basic Java interfaces code 
generation via templates.  The basic interface code generation should generate a java file for a UML 
interface.  Inside the Java file will be a Java interface that represents the UML intewrface.  The 
generalization, and inner classes will be specified via the UML model.
