Pilsen (build 010306) and Netbeans (build 139)

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1. Start debugger.
2. Stop debugger on some breakpoint.
3. Create fixed watch from some variable.
4. Try to press Delete while you watch has focus.
   Nothing will happen. There is also missing Delete
   action in context menu.
