Description James Tran 2007-04-07 00:13:43 UTC
In response to issue http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=99917, the
WSDL editor needs to be enhanced so that when a user creates an extensibility
element it would allow the plugin to decide which element attributes have
default values and what those default values are.
