reproducible with 070405

steps:
1. create java platform model
2. add package with scoped activity diagram
3. add packagre with scoped activity diagram
4. add elemnent to second diagram
5. press save all
NPE is thrown
6. press 'save document' on diagram's tab
a bit another NPE is thrown
