With plugin 2.29 the wsit-client.xml and associated 
wsdl are put under the src/conf dir -- the location 
has changed to fix issue 98111 -- but now on building 
the project, the wsit client config files do NOT get
put into the war.

Fixed in 2.30. Please get the updated version.
